It's really nice having her here. And now that she's here, I'll post a few pictures of my kitchen progress. Miguel took a few somewhat artistic pictures of the kitchen, and I like them, so I'm going to post those. I'm still not finished. I have to add some finishing touches like some trim where the counter meets the backsplash and of course, the biggest finishing touch: the new door. Ooh.
I'll still do an amazing before and after post when I'm totally finished, but this is what it looks like right now. Well, everyone's home now, so I'm going to wrap this up.

The tiles look fantastic. You do great work! Wonder where you got the artistic flair? (ha) Working on your house is hard work but it all pays off in the end. You are really transforming your house and doing an amazing job. You should be proud of yourself!
