As you all know, yesterday was Thanksgiving. I didn't have to cook anything. My neighbor (the one across the street, not the noisy one) brought us over a couple plates. I had turkey, rice, corn, green beans, mashed potatoes and pie, and I didn't even have to turn on the stove or wash a single dish.
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I'd like to share what my family is thankful for right now.

Miguel and I are thankful that he's home.
Leyla is thankful to have a warm body to sleep on.
Chloe is thankful for her new best friend: a turkey balloon that she has been carrying around the house for the past week.

As you can see, turkey balloon has accompanied her in all her daily activities.

O Turkey Balloon O Turkey Balloon (instead of O Christmas tree)...that picture is hilarious- I was laughing so hard. I bet it was difficult for her to eat with one hand while holding tightly to that balloon. She is so funny. Thanks for sharing these pictures.
