I decided to start another blog. I'm not very good at keeping journals, but I've been really good at updating my blog, so I decided to separate my uninteresting health stuff from my life with my cute little girls. In my new blog, I'm going to update it daily with a log of all the food I eat, my weight, body measurements, and the exercise I did that day. I'm hoping this will make me think twice before reaching for another piece of cake and make me a little more accountable for working out when school starts. We'll see how long it lasts. I'll also save my monthly aunt flo updates for that blog and spare those of you who actually read this blog. I'm not going to make the name of that blog obvious public knowledge until I lose a little bit of weight and can feel proud about my accomplishments.
Moving along... I have here a much better view out my front window. Instead of 9 neighbor cars, here are two beautiful red hibiscus flowers (Flowers on December 5th?? Thank you south Texas). The color in the picture is no good; the flowers are a really bright red. Speaking of the neighbors, I went over and asked when they planned on fixing the fence. He said on Monday. I'll believe it when I see it.

And here is my Angel Leyla. Check out her halo.

Here is the elusive Leyla smile. It's not that she doesn't smile, in fact she smiles and laughs a lot, but as soon as you bring the camera out, the smiling stops. Miguel somehow managed to get this one though.

This picture is a week or two old. Chloe takes her nap with the door shut, so sometimes she plays in her crib for a while before I even know she's awake. Well, this time she decided to throw every single item out of her crib: one blanket, two pillows, and 6 stuffed animals (don't worry, the plastic bag was on the floor the whole time).

And the last picture was taken when Chloe was playing outside with daddy. She would hide in the laundry basket, under a blanket and then pop out to surprise us. It was cute.

thanks for the photos of the girls. such charming things. Cute dimples, great attitude. You will have your hands full for a long time I think.
I think the private blog for you use is a great idea. No need to invite anyone there - you can just show us your positive results on this blog as they occur.
Thanks for the cute pics of the girls. Leyla's dimples are adorable! And Miss Chloe is shooting up there - you can really tell she's getting taller in the tossing stuff pic. She's an active one that girl.
Oh those dimples! And the story of Chloe popping out of the laundry basket is so cute. I agree the private blog is a good idea not that I minded reading about aunt flo :) I am so jealous of the beautiful flowers in December.
