A good stay-at-home mother probably would have taken Leyla to the doctor today. But I had a test I couldn't miss today at 11:00. And I found out this afternoon that Leyla's doctor is closed on Wednesday afternoons. There was no way I could take her this morning and apparently no way I could take her this afternoon. So hopefully I can make an appointment for tomorrow morning since my lab was canceled. Really, she seems to be doing pretty well, and I have enough medicines left over from both her and Chloe getting sick that I can help ease her symptoms pretty well.Midterms are coming up. I have a tests on friday, tuesday, next thursday, and next friday. And I have a bunch of projects that I need to work on over spring break. Which reminds me, I need to check out my financial aid and see if I have enough money to pay for daycare over spring break. I think I'll do that right now. Adios.

What the heck?!?! Leyla looks like she's just seen a ghost with those big peepers. What a cutie! (and Leyla is too ;) You sounded pretty congested on the phone and the massive pile of tissue at the bedside would indicate a nasty cold as well. I hope it doesn't linger too long. Of course it occurs during the busiest time, that's always the way of things isn't it. Hang in there. You CAN tell you've lost those 10 pounds you exercise diva you.
