Here's a picture of my new personal trainer:My dad got me a double jogging stroller right after Leyla was born. I have mostly just used it for walking as opposed to jogging, but I missed out on going to the gym a few days ago, so I decided to make up for it by taking the girls for a jog around the neighborhood. We were out for a little over 30 minutes, and when I got home, I was incredibly sweaty and had to pee really bad. Lucky for me, Miguel was standing outside, so I wheeled the stroller (which had both girls inside) over to him so I could run inside to pee and get a drink of water. When I came back out, Chloe was repeating "mama run? mama run?" which was her way of requesting that we continue running instead of getting out of the stroller. We had to phrase the fact that I was tired in a way she would understand by telling her "run all gone!" That worked for the time being. (Leyla enjoyed the run, too. It put her right to sleep)

Last night Leyla went to bed pretty early, so I took Chloe outside to walk around and look at the flowers. She then started to repeat the request "mama run?" She's pretty persuasive. So we went inside and put on my running clothes and got out the stroller for another run. It's a good thing I have her around to keep me in line.

And here's a video Miguel shot of Leyla playing the piano. Look how happy she is after hitting a few notes!

And I guess I'll end with this. I was filling out this thing to become part of the Biggest Loser Club, because it said it would be free (which it wasn't, so I didn't sign up for it), and after I filled out my height and weight, this is what they came back with:

I don't know if you can read it, but it says my ideal BMI and my actual BMI are the same! That makes me happy. I haven't lost any weight at all in the past month, but I guess that's ok. Now I guess I'll just work on building more muscle. Not like body builder muscle, but enough for a toned look. Anyway, I guess that's it for now.

I like the way Leyla plays and then claps for herself. What a cutie. I think its great getting exercise and outside time with the girls. A win/win situation, weather permitting.

Leyla is loving that piano! Funny.
I need a personal trainer like Chloe. Although I think to me she would have to say "Auntie walk"

As for the BMI. I'm not surprised at all. You look great.

Can't wait to see you next month!
