Back to the title of this post. As I mentioned earlier, I started painting my bathroom over a month ago. I just now finished it. I actually have to put another coat of white paint on the paneling, but it's basically finished. Now, I know I have some really good pictures of the bathroom from before I painted it, but of course I can't find them. So I took a picture of a photograph from when we first moved into the house...
It's a really bad photo, but I think you can get the gist. Here's a similar view of what the bathroom looks like tonight...

I replaced the handles on the tall cabinets, and I would have replaced the drawer knobs as well, but the screws were all stripped out and I couldn't get them off. Oh well.
And I'm not even going to bother explaining why I have the following picture, but it works well to illustrate the old towel bar mounted next to the sink that was falling apart as well as the back wall with the flowers that I actually painted on to match my shower curtain. The flowers were an improvement when I painted them, but they got pretty old pretty quick.
And here we have the new towel rack, which is functional and is a brushed silver, which I like.
And these last two photos are the wall that used to have the flowers on it. I put up the white paneling and gave everything in the bathroom a fresh coat of paint. This was a very low budget project, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results I got considering the small amount of money I put into it.
And I even like the door now. Before I painted it, the door was dingy and dusty and I hated it. I thought I just didn't like the door at all, but now that it's all clean and bright white, I love it! I am consistently amazed at what a fresh coat of paint will do to a home.
Anyway, I have a lot more I'd like to do to the bathroom, but for now, this is good enough. I have other projects that take priority over finishing the bathroom. The next big project is going to have to be an outdoor storage shed. And then a dishwasher for the kitchen, and then maybe my new flooring. All I need to do is win the lottery...

Kelsey you are so talented! How the heck do you find time to do everything that you do? Your bathroom looks awesome. You're amazing!!
That is a major improvement! I LOVE it! And who would think that I would like the brown (me of the palest of pale colors). But I think it looks fantastic! Once again I must say you are simply amazing!
