Anyway, like I mentioned earlier, the day got better as it went along. I finally got to have a decent conversation on the phone with Miguel. He's worked so much this week (82 hours in one week), that I haven't been able to talk to him for more than a couple minutes, if at all. So that helped lift my spirits. And then, both the girls went to bed without a fuss! Amazing.
Also, I sold some stuff that has been sitting around my house just taking up space via Craig's list and I now have an extra $78.oo, and more space in my home. I have to clear out space because I think I'm FINALLY going to get my new living room flooring. It won't be the Brazilian Koa wood floor I was thinking of about a year ago because it's a little too pricey, and wood scratches too easily. I've been getting laminate and wood samples shipped to me for about the past year, and I've narrowed the choice down to two laminates, and then figured out the price per square foot factoring in shipping. If I can't find a better deal locally, I'll go ahead and order my new flooring for my living room! No more icky, crusty maroon carpet!!!! I can't wait!
The plan for tomorrow is to go through everything I have hidden away in closets and take out anything that can either be sold in a garage sale and/or donated to goodwill. Then I'm hoping I can find enough storage to get all the paint cans and odd tools that I have behind a curtain in Leyla's room out of there. I'd really like to have three fully functional rooms instead of two and a 3/4. I really think we have enough room, it's just going to be a matter of organizing shelves and utilizing the space better.
And then, I'm going to either have a yard sale/baked good sale on Saturday, or just put all the stuff on craig's list and see what I can get a couple bucks for. I'll donate whatever doesn't sell. And I'll use the proceeds to get my flooring underlayment.
That's way more than anyone needed to know, but I sleep better if I write down my plans before bed. So here's to a good night's rest for me!

Hope you got the rest you needed. That picture looks a little like you're going to go for Chloe's neck... I'm glad you have the sense to go out and take a breather when you get to frustrated. That's a great coping skill. Good luck organizing today. Wish I were doing that instead of srangling 110 new students.
Oops! That's supposed to be WRANGLING -looks like a cross between wrangling and strangling- something Fruedian???
