Oh Chloe

I won't go in order of occurrence for this post, I'll go in order of hilarity.

This morning, I was doing some school work on the computer. Leyla was napping and Chloe was messing around in the living room. I heard her utter something about milk. So I peeked over my computer screen and saw her sitting on the living room floor. She had her little stuffed leopard in her lap and was using a dish towel as a blanket for the kitty... I think I should note that when I was nursing Leyla, Chloe came the determination that nipples are called milk, regardless of whether they be male or female. Daddy has milk too, according to her. Anyway, I watched what she was doing, and she was covering the kitty up, then lifting her shirt up so she could nurse kitty. That's why she was mumbling something about milk. It was so cute and hilarious all at the same time.

Last night, Chloe discovered Miguel's sock drawer. She decided to try out daddy's socks...(please ignore all the mess in the background. I could insert some good excuse for why it's all messy, but I'll pass.)
She also tried to put the socks on daddy, and then on Leyla. Leyla wasn't to keen on the idea.


And this afternoon she wanted to do some painting. So I worked through my issues with kids getting sticky and dirty and decided to let her paint. She was really getting into it and wouldn't look up for the camera. I don't remember how I got her to finally look up, but this is the face she gave me. What a silly little girl.
