Due to the events that transpired yesterday after I wrote in this blog, I'm not sure I should be writing anything in here. Sometimes you just never know what's going to set someone off. I'm not going to write about what happened yesterday. Suffice to say, the likelihood of me being able to go back to Corpus has diminished to the point where any glimmer of hope seems to have disappeared. I tried to call and get some news on that job, but the guy was out of the office. Turns out he worked all weekend. I could have just called yesterday. *sigh*
But I did get the parking ticket mess all cleared up. That hold has been removed from my account at no cost to me, and I didn't even have to get mean about it (not all problems are solved best by being a bitch). And I finally got the website for my exit loan counseling session, so as soon as I can get a hold of the financial aid office, I should be able to get that hold off my account, and I'll finally be able to view my transcripts, which means they'll be available for job applications.
Well, Chloe's getting really whiny. Looks like it's time to put her down for a nap.

Isn't it nice that not "everything" requires being onery? I like the new look of the blog. Looks like someone may not be enjoying the snow?! I'm selfishly loving having you here though.
You will get through this. Life can be sooo confusing, can't it?
