Snow Day!

Well, it only took a month, but we finally got to build a snowman! We bought these snow suits for the girls as soon as we arrived back before Christmas, and this is the first time they actually got to play in the snow. And it's a good thing we got out there this morning, because most the snow has already melted.

And I have WAY too many pictures. I'll try to keep text to a minimum.

Leyla's brown boots were cute, but much too large...So I had to ram these black boots onto her feet. They're a size bigger than she wears, but getting them on her feet is quite an ordeal.But we got the boots on and the playing began...

Chloe helped with rolling the base of the snowman...

The girls helped find good sticks for the arms...
And Chloe put the arms in the snowman.

Then it was sled time. I dragged them around in the sled and ran next to them as they went down the hill.
However, getting back up the hill wasn't quite as much fun for mama.
I was exhausted, but Chloe was not. She didn't want to get out of the sled...And that attitude carried over into photo time...

But she got over it and even gave me a kiss.
