Pool time!

What, what, what???? I know what you're thinking. Two picture posts within one day of each other??? How did this happen? Well, I finally located the camera, the camera charger, and the cord to upload the pictures all at the same time, and I actually remembered to take the camera with me to the pool today. And to top it all off, the girls are napping at the same time, and I have most of the apartment unpacked, so I can take it easy for a little bit and not feel too guilty.

Also, I started up yet another blog, mostly for Miguel's sake. He is the reason I went private, but I know he wants to keep updated on the girls, so I started a blog that's devoted only to them. It'll have everything this blog has, minus any text having to deal with my personal life. So if you're here and you're really only interested in the girls, you might want to switch over to this blog:

And for now, it's public, so if you have google reader, it would be a good one to add. I don't know about you, but I have a hard time remembering to check private blogs since they don't show up on my iGoogle page.

Ok, now for those pictures I promised. This morning the girls and I went to WalMart to get a few groceries and a some necessities for the apartment. The apartment complex has a pool, so I think we'll be swimming a lot more often now. As such, I decided it would be a good idea to get them both another swim suit so that they each have more than one suit. I also wanted to get them some float toys since the pool's most shallow area is 3 feet deep. So I got them each a new suit and their own float toy. We had the pool all to ourselves and probably spent about 45 minutes there this morning floating and swimming and eating nilla wafers. It was pretty nice.

Hopefully taking them to WalMart and to the pool this morning helped make up for yesterday. I was so exhausted all day long. I probably had 3 cups of coffee to try and wake myself up, but it didn't help. We didn't leave the apartment once yesterday. But I went to bed early last night and woke up fairly refreshed this morning. And after they wake up from their respective naps, we'll probably go visit Lucy so I can try to teach her how to sew. We'll see if that ends up happening. For how, I've got some pictures to hang. I have a lot of bare walls in this place, and it echoes if you talk loud enough.
