Almost too good to be true

I am enjoying a delicious home-cooked breakfast for the first time in over a week. I've been living off peanut butter sandwiches and other things that don't create many dirty dishes because washing dishes in the tub is really hard on my back. Well, I no longer have to worry about that. Last night I found a couple of willing neighbors to lift my ridiculously heavy sink into its new home and I got it all hooked up. And guess what- perfect water pressure, no leaks. I had a fully functional sink by 9:00pm yesterday. The first thing I did was call my aunt to tell her the good news because I just had to tell someone right then and there. Then I washed a load of dishes and cooked myself up a yummy spaghetti dinner. It was the best tasting mediocre spaghetti of all time. It's taking everything I have not to post a picture of my new sink. It's so big and beautiful! The only mishap occurred when the guys were lifting the sink into place. The bottom of the sink hit and chipped a tile. It made me sad, but I've been putting appliance touch-up paint on it, and it's getting less noticeable. Considering everything that could have gone wrong, that's not too bad.

I posted this picture because it's one of my favorites and I don't think I posted it with the other grass pictures.

I like that image of her too. You could put a lot of different thought bubbles with it. "This ain't no stinkin french fry" "I can eat how many of these on my diet?"...
