Here's something fun.
Chloe's vocabulary at 14 months
- uh-oh (after intentionally throwing food on the floor)
- ma-ma (her greeting when I get her out of her crib the morning)
- da-da (I don't' think she knows what this one is supposed to mean)
- what's that? (spoken in a very high pitched questioning voice and accompanied by her pointing to any random object)
- ba (ball)
- wow (apparently I say "wow" enough that she's picked the word up)
- circe (her attempt at "circle")
I'm sure she has more that I just can't think of right now. Yesterday she got ahold of my keys, headed over to the kitchen door and tried to unlock the doorknob. She tried a house key first, and then started to hit the knob with the car key. I was impressed. Of course she didn't actually get the key in any lock, but she had the right idea. So I took her out front to explore the front yard. She actually did some pretty good walking without my assistance. I guess she knew that if she fell down on the grass it wouldn't hurt, so she was a little more willing to walk on her own. Luckily it wasn't too oppressively hot yesterday evening.
I suppose I could start waddling to class now.

I need to watch that video we took of her to see if we got her doing the "Wazzat?". I miss her:0( - and you too of course.
The music really DOES make a difference? I just read a little article in one of the 4,000 magazine that I have laying around the house about the benefits of music along with exercise. There were a significant amount - none that I could name right off the top of my overflowing head of course (I have been in "meetings" for the last two days).
Anyway, keep up the good work. You are AWESOME!
Ok, that is supposed to be an ! after difference, not a question mark. Maybe I should proof read before publishing...ya think?
