Enough joking around. Miguel's home! He surprised me this morning. The girls were eating breakfast and I was in my room changing. Someone knocked on my bedroom door, and I thought, "wow, Chloe doesn't usually knock, and that's a pretty sophisticated knock for her." Then I realized there was no way Chloe could have knocked like that, so I freaked out a little when the door started to open, but then Miguel walked in and I probably screamed, I don't know, and gave him a big hug. We spent some time together as a family this morning, and then I took the girls to daycare so Miguel and I could have a little alone time. He's asleep right now. Needless to say, I didn't make it to my morning classes today. That's alright. I got a 100 on my test (I'm just going to keep milking that), so I can afford to miss a class or two. However, since I missed class, I am going to read my book to make up for it, so I'd better get started on that.

My mom asked me if I had found a sitter to watch the girls during my night class tonight. I was thinking I would ask one of the girls in my class today to see if she would be able/willing to do it for me. But luckily for me, some guy knocked on my door this morning looking for work. He seemed nice enough, so I offered him the babysitting job, and he took it! Thank goodness. No need to worry about finding a sitter anymore. I took his picture so I can show it to the authorities just in case something goes wrong. Do you think he looks trustworthy?
Ok, his hair's a little disheveled, but we can look past that. The girls seem to like him, and they should, since he's their father!

What a surprise!I know I would have screamed - at least a little... So, no worries about a sitter and I know the girl's will be thrilled (as are you eh?)
