Ok, now I'm mad

I've been planning on dressing up Chloe like Audrey Hepburn for Halloween since last year. Don't believe me? Click here. I wanted to dress her up like her character in Breakfast at Tiffany's. Well, I go to check my e-mail, and what do I see on Yahoo's home page? "Costumes that aren't cliche" and a picture of Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's. Now I have to think of something else. It's just a little frustrating because I already found the perfect sunglasses that are actually her size.

My other idea was dressing them both up like 60's Pan Am flight attendants. You know... something like this:Of course, it all depends on how much time I have. I think I may work on it right after my Icthyology practical. That would be a really good way for me to celebrate getting that test out of the way, because I really enjoyed sewing Chloe's costume last year. And this year it will be twice as fun because I get to sew two! I guess I could have sewn two costumes last year, but I didn't have enough time.

And as far as everything else... I'm still having kind of a rough time. Maybe it's my bipolar personality disorder. I just keep freaking out about stupid stuff and pretty much just feel like crap. The good news is that I managed to get the girls down for a nap at the same time, and amazingly, they both slept for over and hour and a half, which gave me enough time to mow the yard, finishing digging a hole for the little brick patio, lay the bricks down and put up a little brick barrier between my flower bed and grass. I really needed that. My coping ability has slightly improved since I did that yard work.

I suppose I should attempt to spend some quality time with my daughters. Better get on that.
